How long does it take to ship my order?

Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be processed. While it does not always take this long, it can at certain times of the year. Please note; These numbers are subject to change during our busy season or during a sales promotion. In the event any item(s) are out of stock or unavailable, you will be notified by email within our order processing time. Please note, our processing time does not include the actual transit time for the courier to deliver your package to your destination. All Domestic orders ship via USPS First Class Mail unless expedited shipping was selected. International orders Please note, all international orders take up to 10 days to be processed and ship via USPS Global Express or Priority Mail.All international orders are subject to the destination country duties, taxes and customs delays.Transit time on international orders range from 5 - 15 days.

What if I need my order sooner?

If you need your order sooner or you are concerned it will not arrive in time for an event, please email us at the time of purchase to let us know. We will do everything we can to accommodate reasonable requests.  

How can I become a BEACHGIRL Ambassador?

We are always looking for new BEACHGIRLS! Please take a few minutes to go through our ambassador page and see if you think it would be a good fit for you. Please note: You will need to fill out the form and purchase the starter package.

What if my BEACHGIRL Band breaks? 

First, we hope that never happens! That would be awful! Second, If it does by the off chance break all you need to do is send us a picture and we will send you out a replacement!

Can I return my BEACHGIRL Band?

While we are sure you will never want to return your fabulous BEACHGIRL products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or not as described.
